A designated school employee may apply sunscreen to a student in accordance with a school district policy upon request.
What is the Role of a Local District or County, if Any?
The policy adopted by a school district pursuant to this section shall not require written authorization from a health care provider, but may require parental authorization, for the possession or application of such sunscreen.
