Though relatively minor, the passage of time will invariably begin to appear on your face and skin during your 30’s. Damage due to sun exposure, lines on the forehead or around the eyes and mouth, and the appearance of facial veins as well as varicose or spider leg veins may occur.

At this stage, however, a prompt response to any skin change can lead to a successful outcome.

Sun Protection

Ideally, sun exposure should be avoided between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are the strongest, and sunscreen should be used before going outside.

Your 30’s is also a good time to begin monthly skin cancer self-exams to check for suspicious moles, dark spots or unusual skin changes as they could be early warning signs of skin cancer.
