REINSTATE Your ASDS Membership

Former ASDS members who have let their membership lapse can easily reinstate by paying the current year’s membership dues. Membership support of ASDS/A is immeasurable in enhancing our commitment to promoting the expertise of board-certified dermatologists all year long and ensuring policymakers are protecting your patients and your specialty by providing a unified voice on critical issues. ASDS membership is the go-to resource to stay informed and keep you at the top of your profession. Membership includes a complimentary subscription to the acclaimed Dermatologic Surgery journal (a $571 value), among many other benefits.

Membership requirements must be met, per the ASDS/A Bylaws, to be accepted back into active membership. The ASDS Membership department will contact you if additional documentation is required.

Application Process

  1. Complete and submit the ASDS membership application and $95 USD non-refundable application fee.
  2. Submit three valid endorsement letters from current ASDS Fellows. If you are an AAD member or a Corresponding Fellow applicant, only one endorsement letter is required.
  3. Corresponding Fellow applicants must also provide proof of dermatology certification (in English) from country in which they are practicing.
  4. Pay ASDS membership dues.
