If you receive a scholarship, you must submit a W9. Annual Meeting attendance is required. Checks will be distributed at the registration desk. You must pick up your badge at the registration counter by 9 a.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 19.
Awards must be applied toward direct costs of attending the 2024 ASDS Annual Meeting, including registration fees, hotel, airfare and incidental costs (e.g., taxi, parking and/or meal expenses).
