Choose Skin Health Materials

ASDS can send supplies and marketing materials to help members' screenings be successful. These materials should be passed out to patients who come in for free screenings and are intended to educate them about sun-safe behaviors. Supplies include:

• Triplicate screening forms
• Neutrogena sunscreen samples
• Patient education brochures with Neutrogena coupon 
• Promotional posters
• Physician name and screening date / location listed on the "Find a Free Skin Cancer Screening" public database
• A Skin Cancer Screening Volunteer certificate for display in the office and online (members must submit completed screening forms after the event to receive a participant certificate)

To order materials, submit a volunteer form. For members who offer regular screenings (weekly or monthly) and have already registered those with ASDS but need additional materials, please submit another volunteer form and leave the event portion blank. Contact Katie Allodi with questions.
